Platform terms

Draft for pre-launch review. A referral request is a request to be considered by an eligible referrer. It is not a promise of a referral, interview, offer or employment.

Marketplace rules

Users must provide accurate information, respect employer policies and use the structured referral workflow. The community cannot be used to bypass referral controls, publish employee contact details, or solicit off-platform referral arrangements.

Safety and enforcement

The platform may hide or remove content, restrict accounts, investigate reports and preserve moderation records where necessary to protect users and platform integrity.

These terms require legal review and completion with the operating entity, governing law, liability provisions, complaint process and other jurisdiction-specific terms.
